Pizza Hut

Messed up a simple order! What i ordered vs what i got! Plus they left me an extra empty pizza box on top of that! Cheese sticks were right though! Update...i decided to call! Manager was a super nice lady for real! Gave me a store credit for later! Plus she explained the empty pizza box!

I always get the pizza and it is always pretty good. Was feeling some wings and read some reviews between dominoes and Pizza Hut and Marcos on who has the better wings. I chose dominoes because I read some saying dominoes was good and it is the closest to me. Let me tell you it had to have been the worst wings I have ever had in my life. I spent 30 dollars and was really looking forward to them . I got 12 and couldn’t even finish one. Everything was mushy, way undercooked and the sauce was just lightly poured on top . Not even shaken. Worst experience from this dominoes I have ever had and will never again get wings from dominoes. Just writing this to save somebody money and to save somebody the pain of what I just went through. Not even sure if I even ever want to eat at dominoes again after this.

I ordered delivery from this store on the website. It was delivered by door dash, Pizza Hut failed to put in all the details of my apartment so the driver couldn't find it. When the Dasher got to my door he were angry and shouting at me. I'm a woman, I was scared, I have no way of contacting door dash to tell them that man terrorized me at my home. Pizza Hut please don't send a third party to my door if you don't know how to copy an address.

So my husband picked up pizza here earlier this month. When he went to look at the pizza and bread sticks, everything was burnt. When he questioned the front counter lady, he was blown off and told that's the best they could do. We still ate it, but it was dry and hard from the overcooking. I gave it a 2 stars because not all of our pizza here has been bad. Things happen, I get it. It's how we choose to handle them that leaves the lasting impression.

The past 2 times I've ordered here I didn't receive all of what I ordered, and the customer service....terrible. They should definitely make sure that the customer is actually on hold before they start talking about them and complaining about them as well. This place used to be great to order from but it's went down hill drastically.
